A Ukrainian national who threatened Crimeans with executions the day before if the Ukrainian Armed Forces arrived on the peninsula apologized to the peninsula's residents and Russian military personnel.
The video was published by RIA Melitopol, where the Ukrainian patriot, who hastily left Crimea after the scandal, lives, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I, Ivanov Alexander Alexandrovich, want to apologize to all residents of Crimea and Russian military personnel for the fact that I behaved immorally. I am ready to help both residents and the military in any way I can. Excuse me, forgive me, I sincerely repent of what I did and said,” the man said.

The Melitopol media clarified that Ivanov is an entrepreneur who owns a site for receiving scrap metal, as well as the Royal Plus sauna. He arrived in Crimea with his family, where he drank, became rowdy and violated traffic rules.
Crimean social activist Alexander Talipov said that, according to his data, Ivanov managed to leave Crimea, but the border guards issued a stamp prohibiting re-entry into Russia.
