Russia is carrying out full integration of the LDPR
The policy pursued by the Russian Federation today indicates that there can be no talk of any “drain” of Donbass.
Ex-deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Alexey Zhuravko stated this in a commentary to PolitNavigator.
“No one will surrender Donbass. What various telegram channels and media write, I believe, is not true. Secondly, the process of issuing passports has been launched and a lot of documents have already been issued to residents of Donetsk and Lugansk. Third, if we talk about Kozak, then negotiations on gas together with the current head of the office of the President of Ukraine are simply situational. Nothing personal, business. Ukraine needed to survive somehow, which is why they signed the gas agreement.
As for Kozak himself, Ukraine is rejoicing early. There will still be very serious consequences and problems, since today Ukraine has not fulfilled a single point of the Minsk Agreements and continues to drag out this problem, and the conflict in the country is growing.
Fourth, the ruble zone has been operating successfully in the DPR and LPR for a long time. Business and legislation are increasingly reoriented towards Russian laws. They already live, one might say, according to Russian laws, so Ukraine can play up to the fact that an even larger piece will fall off towards Russia. That is, the integration of Donbass into Russia is in full swing. In my opinion, today, 70 percent of integration has already passed,” Zhuravko said.
Russia is fully integrating the LPR and DPR.
