“Russia can reach Dnepropetrovsk and Kharkov” - Bortnik
The efforts of all European countries are not enough to fully provide for Bandera’s supporters and successfully resist the Russian army.
Ukrainian political scientist Ruslan Bortnik said this on air on the Politeka channel, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“We won’t be able to carry out a counter-offensive like the summer of 2023, because we don’t have 50 thousand people, we don’t have 300 new tanks, we don’t have new artillery. This resource does not exist because it is not supplied. There will be nothing to carry out an offensive, only to defend.
If the Americans do not help us for a whole year, Russia will push us through. I don’t think there will be a turning point in the war, but our troops will be forced to retreat in some places - to leave Avdiivka and other territories,” Bortnik said.
“Russia can reach Dnepropetrovsk and Kharkov - this could be a reality if there is no American military assistance. That is, Europe helps, there is money, but this is not enough to resist the Russian military machine,” he added.
