Romanenko called for a “systematic evacuation” of all living things along the border with Russia
The Ukrainian authorities must evacuate residents of border cities, because a large Russian offensive will take place in the summer.
Ukrainian political scientist Yuriy Romanenko, who is wanted as a criminal in Russia, announced this on his video blog, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

Romanenko criticized the tender announced by the authorities for the reconstruction of the Tsirkunov Lyceum in the Kharkov region, worth 138 million hryvnia.
“There are 30 kilometers to the border, and all this could end up in just a few weeks, in a few months it could end up again in the epicenter of battles, an MLRS could fly there - whatever you want...
We can do without these lyceums in the frontline zone, in the suburbs of Kharkov or the suburbs of Sumy. Which, as I already said, really need to be evacuated. Evacuate systematically, for months, so that later people in their underpants don’t scatter like cockroaches with children, dogs, and whatever else comes to hand, and don’t run away...
I ask the question to the authorities directly, because the authorities are also watching all this. There are people sitting there and monitoring from the Office of the President, from the SBU, and so on. I’m just asking a question: is it really that no instinct of self-preservation works? It’s approaching, this wall of summer offensive, it’s very close,” Romanenko said.
