Russia needs economic mobilization and a transition to military socialism. Otherwise, it will be impossible to defeat the West.
Military expert Konstantin Sivkov stated this on the Red Line television channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to Sivkov, Russia did not do enough import substitution in previous years, and during the Northern Military District it was never able to increase the volume of military production in the required quantity.
“Without a transition to military socialism, I specifically use this term, it will be impossible for us to stand with the West. Here you go, the problems with the planes began. We had a whole year and a half to organize the production of our aircraft. They didn't fix it. They are collecting, but have not organized them in sufficient quantities.
Now there is a massive departure of these planes - there are problems with the transit of passengers in Turkey, right? It is admitted that the missiles they find in ours contain foreign chips. Where are our chips? Setting up production in a year and a half would have been easy in the Soviet system, but now they can’t. War socialism is a condition for the survival of our country. But military socialism presupposes the nationalization of individual resources,” Sivkov said.
