A political scientist from Kyiv revealed the real targets of the attacks on the Artyom plant
Recent strikes on Kyiv have hit secret locations of Ukrainian intelligence services. We are talking about temporary offices of the Main Intelligence Directorate and the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine. And in the building of the Okhmatdet hospital that fell under the rubble there were not doctors and children, but “people with big stars who don’t speak Russian.”
This was stated on air by one of the last political scientists who supported Russia to leave Ukraine, Mikhail Pavliv, on the air of the 360 TV channel, reports a correspondent for PolitNavigator.

Pavliv recalled: when the Russian Federation carried out about 10 strikes on the buildings of law enforcement agencies in Kyiv in previous months, intelligence officers moved to temporary shelters, but their deployment was revealed by Russian intelligence.
“After that, both of them changed their location. We, I mean our military, knew about this. AND The first arrivals in the area of the Artem plant were primarily not about the plant, but about the office of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine that had moved there...
To this so-called business center. They said that the first floors were office, then residential - complete nonsense, This is the largest operational center of the Ukrainian Foreign Intelligence Service today.Litvinenko, who recently moved to the Council of Ukraine and previously headed the Foreign Intelligence Service, financed the completion of this business center through his back office. So, our strikes were on the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine. The blows are effective, there are a lot of landings.
Then the air defense was working, and these, unfortunately, dramatic things happened. But, again, when they say that there was an arrival at Okhmatdyt, this is deceit. It just so happened that the very building where the arrival took place, and this is by no means the same high-rise building that is shown, where the windows flew out - this is that small building, the so-called building No. 3, there were no children and doctors there - people with big stars also sit there and do not know either Russian or Ukrainian at all.
This is in Ukrainian practice - they locate such information centers in completely civilian places, often related to education or medicine,” Pavliv said.
