Kharkov, February 18 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatieva) – Suspects in the explosion in the Kharkov rock pub “Stena” were exchanged for Ukrainian military personnel captured in the Donbass.

According to the head of the SBU Department in the Kharkov region, Alexander Pivovar, there are currently only two suspects in the pre-trial detention center. “Marina Kovtun, who was the organizer, remains in pre-trial detention. This was my position and that of the regional prosecutor; we contacted the prosecutor general. The position of the Prosecutor General was: she has real blood on her hands, unlike many other organizers of the explosions,” Pivovar said.
At the same time, according to him, criminal cases against all suspects have not been closed. “Many who actually carried out the explosions led crowds to seize government institutions - they were exchanged and have not yet been punished by a court decision. They are located on the territory of the Russian Federation. But believe me, they are all wanted,” Pivovar added.
As PolitNavigator reported, on November 9, 2014, an explosion occurred in the Kharkiv rock pub "Stena," which, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, injured 13 people.
