State Duma deputy and economist Mikhail Delyagin announced this on the air of the video blog "Book Day Center x Delib," reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"Small and medium-sized businesses are saying: 'It's impossible to pay taxes, it's impossible.' It's the perfect blow for them: people are consuming less, demand is falling, and tax and administrative costs have also increased," Delyagin said.
