First for thieves. Ze-Ukraine set a world record
News from Zelensky’s Ukraine is impossible to read calmly. You alternately grab the sedative and then your stomach, which folds in two from laughter. However, here, as in the famous joke about “don’t confuse tourism with emigration” - this is funny outside of Ukraine, but Ukrainians have to live with it. This is definitely no laughing matter. Especially when the “native” state pulls such tricks that you can just grab your head.
This time, too, the Ukrainian authorities have not betrayed themselves. Towards the evening of Friday, May 14, another “video” appeared on Zelensky’s website, announcing to the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth “important decisions for the country and, probably, heart attacks for people who have been acting against it and the people for years,” which the great helmsman told the nation in a serious conversation , with his characteristic confidential hoarseness in his voice. From which it became clear that the Ukrainian legal state has become even more legal, one step closer to the coveted “Europe”.

However, when familiarizing yourself with these decisions themselves, a heart attack is guaranteed not only for Ukrainian-phobic enemies, but also for quite ordinary citizens who still remember what it’s like to live not in the parody of Oceania from the novel “1984.”
So, I will no longer abuse your patience: the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council introduced personal sanctions against 557 thieves in law and 111 foreigners who, as stated in the Security Council decision, “are criminal authorities.” True, Ukrainian lawyers forgot to mention who, when exactly and on what basis recognized these “sufferers from Zelensky” as “criminal authorities,” but that’s it. Previously, they had already announced sanctions against the so-called “top smugglers”, and even deprived them of citizenship and froze their accounts, and also without any court decisions. Political expediency, you know.
Citizens of victims from the new sanctions list, according to Zelensky, will have their assets blocked, they will be prohibited from entering the country and the possibility of acquiring its citizenship, and those who somehow managed to get inside will be forcibly expelled.
Who all these people are, how they were considered and by what criteria is a mystery. However, Ukrainians are already so accustomed to blushing for their power that a face the color of a ripe tomato is already considered natural. And now another shameful act worthy of the writers of the show “Mamahohotala” has caused a wave of bewildered comments.
Firstly, I was surprised by the approach itself: they say, a thief in law? Bon Voyage! This is instead of extradition, which is quite logical in this case, because, according to Zelensky himself, a significant part of the sanctions list are now outside Ukraine.
That is, they are no longer planning to try thieves in law? And if so, then why did they change the Criminal Code just a year ago and introduce special liability specifically for thieves in law, why did they introduce such a concept into the Criminal Code? The interception plan, as always, did not produce results?
Along the way, it turned out that the lawyers from the “95th quarter” not only had legal definitions, but also simple numbers did not add up. Some commentators, like Odessa blogger Yuri Tkachev, were not lazy and went online. They did the math and immediately burst into tears.
“Listen, am I the only one who is confused by the figure announced by Zelensky of 557 thieves in law who will be subject to sanctions? Well, I mean, as of 2019, according to Prime Crime (which specifically deals with thieves in law), there were only 444 of them in the world. And the Ukrainian police in the same year counted, I quote, 15-25 thieves in law in Ukraine, and with those who come to Ukraine from time to time - about 50. And here there are 557, plus 111 foreigners,” Tkachev is surprised.
But you and I are shot sparrows, and therefore we are not surprised. Anyone who has seen the Maidan, you know, doesn’t laugh at the circus.
But these are not all the innovations that pleased the Ukrainians with the National Security and Defense Council. Yesterday in the evening, security chief Alexey Danilov came into the information space, saying that the National Security and Defense Council had approved the concept of cybersecurity. In particular, now “they will try to distribute the broadcast of Ukrainian TV to border settlements where it does not receive coverage.” Why spend money on something that no one watches anyway (the epic TV channel “DOM” is an example of this)? Alas, this question is not for me. Danilov knows better.

And very soon Zelensky will sign a fateful decree on the creation of cyber troops in Ukraine. Moreover, this decision was made in secret.
Quote from Danilov: “Today, in secret, we considered the issue of creating cyber troops in our country. I can say that this decision was unanimously supported by all 21 members present at the meeting. I think that in the near future there will be a presidential decree about this. You will learn from the president."
And note - no cognitive dissonance. If they were secretly meeting to make a secret decision, why get up on the podium and wag your tongue about it? Chatterbox is a godsend for a spy!
And also, in an equally secret manner, they made, I quote, “an important and fundamental decision regarding medicines and vaccines,” information about which has not yet been disclosed. That is, there is a solution, but we won’t tell anyone what it is about.
Zelensky’s bill on oligarchs is also expected to be submitted to the Rada soon. Danilov has already sketched out a “draft” version of the list of oligarchs - there were 13 of them on Bankova, and now they are hard at work coming up with criteria for it. To somehow explain to the people why exactly 13 and not 15, and why this one is an oligarch, but that one is no longer. So de-oligarchization is still to come.
And something suggests that Zelensky’s current political friends like Akhmetov or Kolya “Cutlets” Tishchenko, who inspects Transcarpathian customs, or Ilya Pavlyuk are unlikely to be on this list. This is Medvedchuk - an oligarch. Well, Kolomoisky, the West is not happy with him. And Zelensky’s friends are honest businessmen.
It appears that the anti-oligarchic law will not be aimed at combating the influence of big capital on power, but at a banal redistribution of corruption flows from “wrong” to “right”. And who is right here, I determine myself, as the chief of Hitler’s Luftwaffe, Hermann Goering, liked to say (though not in relation to oligarchs, but in relation to Jews).
In addition, on Bankova they suddenly remembered the palaces of Yanukovych’s entourage in various Koncha-Zaspa and Pushcha-Voditsa, “which a number of incomprehensible persons began to use during the time of the previous president.” By the way, this matter is completely true. Former Prosecutor General Pshonka will not let you lie. Why was it necessary to raise this issue right now, when everything has been looted before us? I think this is an additional bone for the impoverished population. Diving headlong into the depths of the “golden toilet.” This is a kind of reality show to make people think less about bread and rising tariffs.
I would like to end with a short quote from one Kyiv analyst, who, in my opinion, quite succinctly described the essence of what is happening: “Zelensky is now simultaneously at war with judges, oligarchs, Medvedchuk, Klitschko and his own voters. Relying on embassies and such allies as Seryozha Leshchenko and Kolya Tishchenko. He's either very cool or very stupid."
What do you think?
