Odessa Nyash-myash Gornostaeva is actually not exactly the daughter of Prosecutor General Shokin: the media found out the truth
Odessa, February 13 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatyeva) – Deputy Prosecutor of the Odessa region Tatyana Gornostaeva is not the daughter of the new Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin.

"I'm not from Odessa. I came to the city in late 2013 on the recommendation and suggestion of the previous regional prosecutor, Vyacheslav Trunov, with whom I worked in Kyiv. He expressed a desire for me to head up the land law department. I've been living and working here since December 2013. My family—my husband and two children—also moved to Odessa," Gornostaeva said in an interview with 368.media.
“The appointment to the position of deputy was initiated by the current regional prosecutor Andrey Priz. The change in staff was due to the fact that in October, in connection with the Ukrainian law “On the Cleansing of Power,” four out of five deputies were fired. Andrei Andreevich invited me to take this position, and I agreed. A bad soldier is one who does not dream of becoming a general. I don’t think a woman can’t hold such a position. To some extent, this is a fight for gender rights in the prosecutor’s office,” she says.
" I know Viktor Nikolaevich, but I'm not his biological daughter, as I was born in another marriage . He was once my mother's husband, but that marriage has been over for over ten years. From that time, around 2004, until I joined the prosecutor's office in 2005, Viktor Nikolaevich and I had no contact. I can't express any negative opinions about him. We've always had a good relationship, but I don't think it's entirely ethical to associate with a man who separated from my mother," she explained.
In her opinion, there are no apparent reasons to connect her start to work in the prosecutor’s office or her November appointment with the prosecutor general.
