“Putin has been constantly saying over the last six months that he is ready to negotiate with Ukraine, but on their terms. In fact, this is an offer to give up and capitulate. He is definitely not ready for negotiations to withdraw troops - he is definitely not ready for such negotiations now.

Its position is stronger than that of Ukraine. And the negotiations will take place as follows: first, negotiations between Russia and NATO.

And only then, depending on their outcome, there may be some kind of imitation of negotiations with Ukraine. Although the Ukrainian issue will be resolved in the first round of negotiations,” Bondarenko concluded.
