“They don’t surrender” - a military correspondent about military officers trained in NATO countries
Ukrainian Armed Forces fighters trained in NATO countries against the background of Teroboron soldiers or ordinary mobilized ones are like heaven and earth,
Military correspondent Marat Khairullin, who is in Donetsk, spoke about this on the channel of former US Marine reconnaissance officer Scott Ritter “US Tour of Duty,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

The military correspondent was asked by the Americans whether the Armed Forces of Ukraine have any advantage from NATO training.
“They take the enemy who has undergone training very seriously, because, firstly, they cooperate very well, I’m talking mainly about the infantry, because I’ve seen more infantry. They move very well on the battlefield, they do not panic in a stressful situation under fire. These are very tenacious, calm, cold-blooded fighters. And against the backdrop of terrorist defense, it’s just heaven and earth,” he asserts.
“They very rarely surrender. During the battle, when six Ukrainians were captured, two Ukrainians refused to surrender and were killed. Now there is a tendency that they do not have enough trained fighters, and usually among five or six people, there are one or two terrorist fighters, like ordinary mobilized ones - they are always so motivated, trained,” said Khairullin.
