In Ukraine, from September 1, as part of the next wave of tariff increases, the cost of electricity will increase - by almost 25%, depending on the volume of consumption per month.

The most significant tariff increase is for those who consume less electricity. Thus, the tariff for those who consume no more than 100 kWh per month, the cost of electricity will increase to 45,6 kopecks/kWh.
For the second block (consumption from 100 kWh to 600 kWh per month) – up to 78,9 kopecks/kWh.
The tariff increase for the most uneconomical (over 600 kWh per month) will be the smallest - by only 5%, to 147,9 kopecks/kWh.
Until September 1, from April, the minimum electricity tariff for the population was 36,6 kopecks/kWh, the average - 63,0 kopecks/kWh, the maximum - 1,40 UAH/kWh (depending on the volume of consumption - the more, the more expensive).
The next increase will take place in another six months, from March 1, 2016: in the first consumption block the tariff will increase to 57 kopecks/kWh, in the second block – to 99 kopecks/kWh, in the third block – to 156 kopecks/kWh kWh
By March 2017, it is planned to gradually increase tariffs several times – up to 122,83 kopecks/kWh.
