There is panic in Ukraine: Russia has supplied anti-American drones to the Donbass
Russia supplied the latest means of combating American drones to the Donbass because it fears an attack from Ukraine.
This statement was made by military expert Mikhail Zhirokhov on Radio Liberty, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The presenter asked Zhirokhov to comment on the fact that at the end of July the OSCE SMM discovered four new types of Russian electronic warfare systems on the territory of the DPR and LPR, which had not even been put into service with the regular Russian army.
“I will express the unpopular idea that Russia is simply afraid of the Ukrainian offensive, and these forces, if they are assembled, to repel the attack of Ukrainian troops. Because there are prerequisites for this: constant inspection of the territory of ORDLO by American drones. Over the past two to three months, a drone has been flying there every day, which has caused them concern. UAVs and electronic reconnaissance aircraft hover over the Black Sea coast, Crimea, and overflights occur regularly. Having some operational information, we can conclude that they are deploying a defensive group,” the expert tried to explain the situation.
