The Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Prosecutor General's Office spent 330 thousand hryvnia on ostentatious searches and detentions of ex-tax officials from the Yanukovych era.
UAH 330 thousand were spent on a special operation of the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine to detain former tax officials from the times of ex-president Viktor Yanukovych.

The Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Arseny Avakov, said this on air on the “24” TV channel.
“I’ll tell you right away, the helicopters and this whole day of operation cost 330 thousand UAH. Not all the trials have been completed yet (on the selection of measures for ex-tax officials from the time of Yanukovych - Ed.), seven more people will undergo the judicial procedure, then even in this situation we received 246 million UAH of bail, and the amount of the charge is 96 billion UAH,” said He.
