The new Minister of Development of Communities and Territories, Alexei Chernyshov, is a cunning developer who, in his post, will only think about developing his own business and use his position for personal enrichment.
Lawyer Tatyana Montyan announced this on her YouTube channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
