Kyiv, January 24 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatieva) – People’s Deputy of Ukraine, battalion commander of the “Donbass” battalion Semyon Semenchenko said that the situation of Ukrainian troops in Donbass is deteriorating.

“At any moment it could spill out into active hostilities. If we sum up the results of the next “truce” from September to January, then the situation is not in our favor,” he wrote on his Facebook page.
In particular, all prisoners were not returned, and the militia created additional fortified areas.
“Linear units of the LPR and DPR have been created. For example: “Dremov’s regiment” - 2800 people, 4 tanks, two “nonas”, 6 “grads”, D-30 and D-20 guns, MTLB, ZU, 80 and 120 mm mortars, armored personnel carriers, base for repair and storage of heavy weapons, intelligence and investigation department, interrogation chambers, execution chambers, torture chambers,” Semenchenko claims.
“No “economic collapses” occurred in these territories. Remember how some of our statesmen, smiling meaningfully, said in the fall, “but look what they sing in the winter”... They didn’t sing. Humanitarian aid from the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Akhmetov’s convoys, coal purchases, electricity supplies at low prices,” the battalion commander regretted.
“The only achievement - US military assistance - was achieved more through the merits of volunteers and the diaspora than diplomacy. The defense industry does not have normal logistics. Some enterprises are overloaded, others have no orders, but have a lot of tax debts. Corruption, money-making and fraud,” he said.
“32,31 checkpoints in the Lugansk region and most of the airport in Donetsk were lost. The latter, especially taking into account the capture of some of the “cyborgs,” is a serious ideological problem,” he formulated a problem that experts had previously spoken about in the context of the fall in Petro Poroshenko’s rating.
