The Ukrainian leadership has completely failed its policy towards refugees from Donbass and other frontline territories..
Ukrainian ombudsman Dmitry Lubinets stated this in an interview with Radio Liberty, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"The state's policy towards internally displaced persons (refugees from frontline areas) has been a complete failure. Firstly, we don't have a dedicated ministry – it was abolished."

"We have there is discrimination against different types of temporarily displaced personsIDPs who left the occupied territory between 14 and 22 are not eligible for support programs and do not receive compensation.
It shouldn't be like that some are better, some are worse"First, we need to count all these citizens, figure out how to help them, and at least understand the scale of the tragedy," he added.
