Morgenstern as a belching of the stomach system
Social networks became angry about the fact that rapper Alisher Valeev, notorious under the pseudonym Morgenstern, with a tattoo of “666” on his forehead, became an official employee of Alfa-Bank. From now on, his title is “Director of Youth Affairs.” It’s funny, of course – as if Olga Buzova were made responsible for culture. Before the official appointment, praising Alfa Bank, Morgenstern published an advertising video “Clip for 10 Lyams.” By the way, the bank already realized that they had made a mistake - and through the mouth of their speaker they began an apology for evil.
Yes, they were slandered on social networks, but the main thing was not said. So what is it, this is the main thing?

Morgenstern is a zeitgeist burp or, to put it more clearly, the ideal embodiment of the spirit of the times. This is a person subordinated to one single idea - earning money as the main measure of success.
At one time, we collapsed into wild undercapitalism, where success began to mean not just a lot between people, but actually everything. If you are not successful, then you literally have no place under the sun. And such a system works like a stomach. She digests people by dissolving them with dollar gastric juice. A stomach system for people with stomachs. Exactly. And the final stage of such a society is digestion of itself.
Morgenstern - belching of the stomach system. A man without any principles, absolutely hollow and wearing his body like a sheet thrown over emptiness. There's nothing inside. And the sheet can be painted as you like. But even this “any way you like” cannot be done on your own, and therefore Western samples of the second freshness (like Lil Pip), for example, are copied.
This is worse than any Pussy riot - because there is nothing more disgusting than lack of ideas and indifference. This is more mediocre than Buzova - because no one is even trying to create an appearance. Monetized emptiness is what Morgenstern is.

And the main problem here does not lie in the answer to the eternal question “what can this teach young people?” The trouble here is different - that the people who are trying to flirt with this creature are, in general, not entirely hollow people. Smart men and women talk about some meanings in Morgenstern’s work, which they themselves seek out. Government officials buy his loyalty. Commercial entities are trying to use his success for their own success.
It’s absolutely funny when someone appears and says: “You’re just behind the times—you don’t understand anything. And this is all for young people...” It’s not a matter of youth, far from it – just the opposite. There is a sour old age here. Because all this has already happened - only Johnny Rotten did concerts with much more talent.
Such a freak show looks as mediocre as it is pathetic. Because you can't fill emptiness with emptiness. Just like you can’t squeeze results out of it. And in this context, Morgenstern, with his calculus, won. Not in the context of the triumph of meanings and ideas, but in the context of the transformation of semantic space into dead swamps. Transformations into something that seems to be overwhelming society.
And therefore, it is not Morgenstern who needs to ask the main questions, but society, like the heroes of Twin Peaks, calling for “Fire, walk with me!” and in the same fire and being burned.
Well, as for the bank... Hmm, are these people really involved in finance? Oh well.
