Menyailo acquired a driver for journalists - scandals have already begun
Sevastopol, December 04 (PolitNavigator, Alexander Kononov) – Sevastopol Governor Sergei Menyailo now has a man from Moscow who commands the press and places people in front of the cameras.

The first clashes have already broken out on this basis. On Wednesday, at the opening of a gymnastics tournament for disabled children at correctional boarding school No. 1, a young man unknown to anyone began to command both the press and officials, forcing everyone to behave as he saw fit. Not everyone liked this.
It all started with the fact that a young man who was walking in the general press crowd suddenly began to show uncontrollable activity when it came to interviews with officials. There were two of them: the head of the main department of education and science of the government of Sevastopol, Igor Olenchenko, and the director of the Leninsky District Department. Plus the director of the boarding school, Elena Kondakova.
The young man, unexpectedly for everyone, began to give command instructions to whom to go where and what to do. This circumstance puzzled everyone, including both the press and officials. However, the school director Elena Kondakova was the first to be outraged.
“Who are you anyway?” she was amazed.
“It’s okay, I’ll tell you everything later. So, everyone else from the cadres...”, the young man continued to give instructions.
“No, wait, who are you?” Igor Olenchenko intervened.
“Representative of the presidential administration in the government of Sevastopol. From Moscow. I’m dealing with press issues,” the young man answered.
“Hello, first of all, I’m Igor Viktorovich Olenchenko,” the government official introduced himself.
“And I am the director of the Leninsky District Department,” another immediately intervened, “your name and patronymic, if possible?”
“The name is just Kirill. So, I ask everyone to step out of the frame. I apologize, but don’t pay attention to the camera, communicate, mind your own business. We are not there, no one is there. All. There is no need for any show off. Raise the issues that interest you,” the Muscovite commanded.
“So, Kirill, you know, I have no show. This shows that you rarely attend such events,” Elena Kondakova could not stand it.
“That’s it,” the man from Moscow commanded, and the officials began talking on camera.
At the same time, journalists, especially TV channel operators, were clearly not ready to obey the suddenly new rules, essentially continuing to move around the site and recruit the personnel they needed. For appearances, Muscovite Kirill continued to make comments to them.
