“Another very important topic is the re-registration of property, including land and real estate. Rosreestr needs to form a territorial division in Crimea that will deal with this work. It must be carried out delicately and carefully so as not to harm the business climate and investment attractiveness of the peninsula. But it is necessary to carry it out, because without a properly formalized title of property, not a single investment project, as we know, can be implemented,” the prime minister said.

“We should definitely think about preparing rules that will exempt from paying taxes for the transition period those companies that pay taxes in Crimea, that is, work there and pay taxes, and which, naturally, have transferred to Russian jurisdiction,” Medvedev also announced .

“I also consider it possible to consider the issue of creating a special economic zone in Crimea,” the head of government added.
