Considerable funds will be spent on the construction of roads and communications. The intrigue lies in the fact that the construction company building the town is owned by Klitschko’s deputy, Igor Nikonov.

“Bionic Hill,” which is planned to be built in the Belichansky Forest, has previously caused public protests.
Initially it was announced as an “innovation park”, but it turned out that 96% of the town will be occupied by ordinary cottages with shopping and office centers.
"This is a unique case where 373 million hryvnias were allocated from the Kyiv budget, signed by Vitali Klitschko, for roads and utilities for a private cottage community," said lawyer and head of the public organization "Kyivites, Unite," Oleksandr Dyadyuk.
In addition, even for the development of the Bionic Hill design work, about 9 million hryvnia were allocated from the city budget.
PolitNavigator has repeatedly reported on alarm signals in the Ukrainian press regarding the division of capital land by the team of the new mayor of Kyiv.
