The infantile and capricious Ukrainian society has led itself to a dead end
In Ukrainian society there is a constant demand for “new faces” in politics, who are expected to solve all problems, but this will not happen.
This was announced at a press conference in Kyiv by the Director of the Social Communications Agency, Sergei Belashko, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“The problems are not with the parties, but with society. There is an infantile paternalistic attitude, some kind of faith in a panacea. Now Ukrainian society perceives new faces as such a panacea.
But the current composition of the parliament, which is the worst of all, has been renewed by more than half. Not dozens, but hundreds of new people who had never been in any government agency came there. Has Ukrainian politics become better because of this? Obviously not - representatives of crime, paramilitary forces, grant eaters and simply swindlers came there.
Unfortunately, now this demand continues - not for professionals, not for honest people, not for effective people, but simply for new people. In the Servant of the People party, only two people are somehow known in politics - Razumkov and Stefanchuk. All. The rest are the same “new faces”.
It is clear that it will turn out that many of these “new faces” are someone’s children, nephews, grandchildren, etc. Someone is trailing a trail of some unseemly deeds. But people will find out all this later. Now there is little time before the elections, no one will delve into the past of some girl who is 30 years old and who was involved in public activities.
And if you dig, it turns out that this girl is the niece of some famous land trader who financed the Anti-Maidan, and then some titushka from the Right Sector, etc.,” Belashko summed up.
