Groysman caught in a billion-dollar scam

The Ukrainian government has staged another scam, announcing a “wage increase”, but at the same time depriving the poor of subsidies for housing and communal services. Ukrainian political scientist Dmitry Korneichuk stated this in his blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

When Groysman introduced the minimum wage of 3200 UAH, everyone understood that this was only to reduce the number of subsidy recipients.
