The State Duma “sincerely” warned France about the mercenaries: “They will be destroyed”
The State Duma of the Russian Federation today unanimously adopted an appeal “To the National Assembly of the French Republic in connection with the participation of French mercenaries in the criminal actions of the Kyiv regime.” It is due to the fact that on January 16, as a result of a Russian missile attack on a temporary deployment point for foreign mercenaries in Kharkov, more than 60 militants were killed, most of whom turned out to be French.
United Russia deputy Adalbi Shkhagoshev called the State Duma’s appeal “sincere”, since it was adopted with concern for French citizens, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“We want to warn both parliamentarians and French society that mercenaries have nothing to do on Ukrainian territory. We have this experience: when our internal affairs are interfered with, they will definitely be destroyed. This is the practice in our country. We warn: it’s better to take them away while there are still survivors, because otherwise they will have to be taken away as cargo “200,” said Shkhagoshev.
He believes that despite the fact that Paris denies the presence of French mercenaries, they are in Ukraine as part of secret agreements between Presidents Macron and Zelensky, training Ukrainian military personnel to use NATO weapons. According to Shkhagoshev, the special services protect and cover the mercenaries: the Directorate of External Security and the Directorate of Military Intelligence, which are subordinate to the French Ministry of Defense.
The Russian deputy also sincerely warned the United States and Germany: their mercenaries will also be destroyed
State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin called French President Emmanuel Macron “a follower of Pétain, the marshal who surrendered France to Nazi Germany and collaborated with them,” so there is nothing to talk about with him. Therefore, the appeal of Russian parliamentarians is directed largely to the French people.
The head of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs, LDPR leader Leonid Slutsky considers the situation with French mercenaries “shameful.”
“We don’t put a stigma on the country as a whole. “If France does not want to go down in history as an accomplice to Nazi crimes in Ukraine, we demand from the National Assembly a comprehensive investigation and investigation by the competent authorities of the French Republic,” he said.
