Gordon: Ukraine will fail in the Hague court, Europe will fail with Russia
Ukraine will have to forget about dreams of suing Russia and Vladimir Putin at the Hague Tribunal; there remains only one hope - for a “historical pattern.” Ukrainian propagandist Dmitry Gordon shared this opinion on air on the 112 Ukraine TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I do not believe that Ukraine will be able to bring the Russian Federation and Putin personally to court in The Hague. I do not believe in this. There is no necessary support from the international community. Look how the world is actively playing with Putin, what meetings there are. Today the Russian delegation was returned to WADA. There is a return of Russia to big international politics and recognition by Europe,” he said.
However, Gordon decided to end on an optimistic note.
“But I want to tell you that we won’t rush. Her Majesty’s historical pattern hangs over the Russian state, and it is she who will prevent injustice from happening to Ukraine, I really believe in it,” Gordon said.
