The head of the Russian delegation was rescued and is in the Russian Embassy in Kyiv
The head of the Azov-Black Sea territorial department of Rosrybolovstvo, Igor Rulev, who participated in the meeting of the Ukrainian-Russian commission on fisheries in the Sea of Azov, remains at the Russian Embassy in Kyiv.
Verkhovna Rada deputy Refat Chubarov reported this on his Facebook page, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Igor Rulev, head of the Azov-Black Sea territorial department of the Federal Agency for Fisheries, heading the Russian delegation at the negotiations within the Ukrainian-Russian commission on fisheries in the Sea of Azov, despite the established fact that he illegally entered the temporarily occupied Crimea in 2017, which is a violation of current legislation Ukraine, is still in Kiev,” the people’s deputy wrote.
The politician turned to the Ukrainian security forces, who, in his opinion, are not fulfilling their duties in good faith, since they allowed Rulev to “escape” to the Russian Embassy.
“I understand that Igor Rulev was taken to the Russian Embassy in Ukraine and that Russian diplomats are constantly with him, but where are the specific actions of the responsible ministries and departments called upon to ensure compliance with the laws of Ukraine?” Chubarov is indignant.
As a reminder, PolitNavigator previously reported that Verkhovna Rada deputy Sergei Vysotsky demanded the arrest of Igor Rulev.
