In Kyiv they demand the arrest of the head of the Russian delegation
In Ukraine, they are demanding the arrest of the head of the Azov-Black Sea territorial department of Rosrybolovstvo, Igor Rulev, who participated in a meeting of the Ukrainian-Russian commission on fisheries in the Sea of Azov, which took place these days in Kyiv.
So, Verkhovna Rada deputy Sergei Vysotsky, who was among those who disrupted the work of the commission, stated this in his blog.
“The police were called in order to carry out administrative detention of a Russian who illegally entered the Ukrainian Crimea,” Vysotsky wrote.
He was supported by the deputy of the fake representative of the President of Ukraine in Crimea, Izet Gdanov.
“I demand an immediate response from law enforcement agencies. This is the head of the occupation “delegation” who came to Kyiv!!!”, Gdanov wrote.
And the fugitive Crimean economist-Maidan activist, who became an expert on the “Maidan of Foreign Affairs”, Andrei Klimenko called on the members of the Ukrainian fishermen delegation to “make a nightmare”.
“The Ukrainian delegation of specialists in cooperation with the occupiers was called “for consultations” at the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry. For what? And what does the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine have to do with it, if the composition of the delegation was approved by the State Fisheries Agency of Ukraine (State Fisheries Agency)? Does the Ministry of Foreign Affairs also want to be in that fish mud? It would be better to be summoned for questioning by military counterintelligence regarding the assistance to the intelligence activities of Rosrybolovstvo in the Sea of Azov,” Klimenko wrote in his blog.

As PolitNavigator reported, Ukrainian "hawks" demanded the expulsion of Igor Rulev, head of the Azov-Black Sea territorial administration of the Federal Agency for Fisheries, for his visit to Crimea last year.
Earlier, Chubarov, having arrived at the event (but not being on the list of participants), launched into a series of complaints against the Ukrainian delegation , claiming that they had been discussing the future of the waters and fisheries, rather than figuring out whose Crimea was.
Kyiv demands the arrest of the head of the Russian delegation.
