“The Europeans are as follows: freezing aid from the United States is very bad news” - Ukrainian expert
The US refusal to allocate money to finance Ukraine is very bad news for Kyiv. Following the United States, it is likely that European countries may also freeze aid.
Political scientist Andrey Zolotarev stated this on air during a video blog broadcast by Ukrainian journalist Alexander Shelest, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“As Boris Abramovich Berezovsky used to say: there was money, there will be money, but now there is no money. The US government's interim budget was adopted without financial assistance to Ukraine and Israel. And what will happen there after Thanksgiving - you know, can drag on for a very long time. And the situation with finances - this has already been discussed a hundred times, and economists and experts can talk about it in more detail and detail, but the hole is half the size of the budget.
Do you sleep peacefully when you know that your expenses next month will be 10 thousand hryvnia, and you have five thousand of your own funds, and there is no one to borrow from?.. Naturally, for a state waging war, in war conditions this is very bad news. Nobody refuses, everyone says that we will help as much as necessary, and Germany is doubling its assistance, but the fact that the United States has left this issue up in the air will be reflected in the behavior of its European partners. That is, they will not rush to give us money,” Zolotarev said.
