Colonel of the Central Apparatus of the RF Ministry of Defense in reserve Vladimir Trukhan stated this on the PolitWera channel, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

He noted that even without being in a state of war, Russia is creating a training Reserve Army.
“Because an army of war is formed in war. 2023 is the year of military construction, ours have come up with the idea that in peacetime they are creating a reserve army, this is generally space. This didn't happen before. The Reserve Army is a big training exercise, at its core. This is why it was invented,” the expert concluded.
