Over the course of several years of his rule, Zelensky became a nationalist and adopted the slogans of his predecessor Petro Poroshenko.
Igor Lapin, a former Verkhovna Rada deputy and participant in the punitive operation in Donbass and the current standoff with Russia, announced this on the Pryamyi television channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
Lapin noted with pleasure that the nationalists managed to put Zelensky on their course of abandoning relations with Russia.
“Zelensky has already voiced the three main postulates of our statehood – army, language, faith. The SBU has entered the Lavra, no one argues about language anymore, the army is our helmsman. Everyone recognized it, and he voiced it. That’s why it’s positive,” said the Ukrainian military man.
