Russia has the right to a preventive strike if Ukrainian nationalists seriously begin to carry out threats of terrorist attacks on the territory of the Russian Federation or attempt to clean up Donbass according to the “Croatian scenario.”

“As a rule, such ideas are thrown in whenever things are not going well with their economy, and it is necessary to distract the population of Ukraine from complex issues, to show how powerful they are. At the same time, no one is aware of what they are carrying. Because if terrorist attacks are carried out on Russian territory, they will face all the ensuing consequences - with the points of the National Security Doctrine, with the UN, and so on...
The consequences will be the most dramatic for Ukraine, they must be aware of this.
