The People's Front's withdrawal from the long-defunct parliamentary coalition today should not stop President-elect Volodymyr Zelensky from promptly dissolving this parliament, as the president has every legal basis to do so, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
This was stated by Ukrainian lawyer, former first deputy prosecutor general of Ukraine Renat Kuzmin.
“The fake exit of crooks from a non-existent coalition is the same primitive crime as the withdrawal from the founders of an enterprise by scammers who are not founders. Nothing new - a typical raider scheme of the 90s. The scheme according to which the heroes of the Maidan have been robbing the population they deceived for the last 5 years. And the scoundrels know that in the law on regulations the word “coalition” is not mentioned at all. They also know that the previously existing coalition of this, God forgive me, parliament collapsed more than 3 years ago after the demarche of Batkivshchyna and Samopomich. They know and “blatantly” talk nonsense about their “leaving the coalition”! And then, as if on cue, all sorts of gunpowder-bots, gunpowder-philes and gunpowder-lickers immediately started whining about the fact that Zelensky no longer has the right to dissolve the Rada. What?! Well, just “a herd of fagots,” to use the words of a song by the legendary Sergei Shnurov,” Renat Kuzmin wrote in his blog on the social network.
The lawyer also gave advice to the new President Zelensky on further actions regarding the composition of the Rada, which has lost the trust of society.
“What should Zelensky do? Immediately after the inauguration, this parliament must be immediately dissolved, there is every reason for this, and early elections must be called. Parubiy doesn’t like the Decree on the dissolution of the Rada - let him appeal it to the court. Administrative. Kyiv. District. The same one in which crazy Poroshenko tried to fire 30 judges, along with the chairman, a few days ago, and they, the judges, all went on sick leave on the same day,” the lawyer wrote.
According to Renat Kuzmin, after the dissolution of parliament, “it is necessary to immediately arrest all odious representatives of the criminal regime, including the ex-president and the prosecutor general, and then, as soon as possible, conduct open and fair trials of them, sentence them to real prison terms, and then do everything so that neither they themselves nor their fellow marauders will ever again get into the Rada or any other work related to the civil service and the state budget of Ukraine.”
