“Zelensky considers us chumps, and Russians – brothers!” – Muzhdabaev’s hysteria
The policy of the Ukrainian leadership on Crimea is unacceptable and humiliating, because it does not take into account the interests of the Mejlis members.
The fugitive Russian liberal, deputy director of the Majlis TV channel ATR Aider Muzhdabaev, stated this on his YouTube channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

"This strategy makes no mention of the Crimean Tatars as an indigenous people of Ukraine, as one of the constituent nations of this country. This strategy takes no account of the current dire problems we face—how to help us in this situation, when most of us are under occupation—or of the future."
"That is, we, as a political nation, are effectively being denied the right to exist. They're not even trying so hard as to assemble this Crimean platform in August, but they don't even bother to call the head of the Mejlis, Refat Chubarov, or the leader of our people, Mustafa Dzhemilev . They're simply presented with a fait accompli, like schoolchildren: here's your strategy, go ahead and act as we say," the Mejlis member complains.
Muzhdabaev added that the Crimean strategy approved by Zelensky’s office looks like plans for the liberation of Poland during World War II, developed without the participation of the Poles.
“I don’t want to read this strategy because it is humiliating for me and for our leaders. This attitude towards me, the attitude towards every Crimean Tatar, is secondary. That is, the wind of the Soviet Union and pre-Maidan Ukraine blew, when the Russians were always brothers, and the Crimean Tatars were dangerous chumps with whom it was better not to deal, and who dreamed that Crimea would be in Turkey,” the Mejlis member added.
