If the United States cannot agree within itself to continue funding Ukraine, it will lose global leadership.
Ukrainian military expert Mikhail Samus stated this on Radio NV, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
At the same time, according to the expert, irreversible processes will begin in the world.
