He said this in an interview with Radio Liberty, reports the Zaporizhzhia website Zanoza.

“There is such a Vladimir Rogov, he was the leader of the pro-Russian Slavic Guard in Zaporozhye. When the war began, Rogov failed to organize the Zaporozhye People's Republic, and he fled to Moscow. There he was released on the Russian TV channel RTR, and he told the story that in the 106th Zaporozhye school the teacher told him to kill bullfinches and feed titmice because of their coloring. After this, an Internet meme was born about Russian-speaking bullfinches tortured by Jewish Bandera,” he said.

Drozdenko noted that the monument to Putin is the first and only monument to an Internet meme in the world. In addition, this is the world’s first monument to the bullfinch and the world’s first monument to the “Russian World”.

I hope it’s a gravestone,” he noted.

According to Drozdenko, he submitted an application to the City Council to install this monument, which he will remove for now.

“We can put it on some private territory; the City Council is not needed for this. But the idea was to put it in front of the Regional State Administration, because it had already become a city landmark. If you put “the city of Zaporozhye” in search engines, then this is what comes up. It was the city's top news item on Google for four days. The effect is quite rare. If they allow it to be installed, which is unlikely, then it will stand there; if they don’t allow it, I will try to install it somewhere. And now we will organize the next monument. This will be a monument to Lavrov and his famous phrase “Morons, f*ck,” he said, adding that he will show the monument when it is ready.

“The name is already good. This is exactly what will happen,” Drozdenko noted.
