The swindler-developer who defrauded Crimeans has been detained
Russian security forces detained in the Moscow region, on the way from the elite Rublyovka district, the head of the KSK-Construction company, Alexey Kashchenko, known for embezzling money from equity holders in Crimea in 2017 and disappearing, leaving people homeless.
Kashchenko's company promised to build a "Morskoy Kvartal" (Marine Quarter) in Alushta, located in a picturesque corner of the southern coastal resort. However, two years later, construction has yet to begin, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
As Komsomolskaya Pravda writes, the defrauded shareholders began to go to court, which put Kashchenko on the federal wanted list. And law enforcement officers detained him on the way from Rublyovka to Moscow. The businessman is charged with Part 2. Art. 200.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
In addition, as the Krym24 TV channel reports, in the Krasnodar Territory investigators have completed a criminal investigation against one of the owners of the unscrupulous company Real Estate Laboratory, Yuri Dubrovitsky. His story is similar - in 2015 he began construction of the Mountain Residence complex in Yalta, which was never put into operation.
Among the defrauded investors was the famous Russian actress Anastasia Mikulchina, who played the legendary criminal adventurer Sonya “Golden Hand”.
