The President of the Ukrainian Analytical Center, Alexander Okhrimenko, spoke about this at a round table in Kyiv.
“If anyone knows, on the State Treasury website there are clear figures on how many grants we have received. Don't be surprised - this figure exists. In the first six months to date, almost two billion hryvnia of grants have been used in Ukraine. Where they went, no one will figure it out. But we mastered it, as they say.
