Kyiv, March 05 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – Despite the colossal budget deficit, it is necessary to make payments as soon as possible to Ukrainian military personnel who demonstrated a worthy position in the face of the appearance of Russian troops in Crimea.
Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk stated this at a meeting of the Ukrainian government in Kyiv.

He said he expressed “the highest words of gratitude” to the Ukrainian military in Crimea.
“People swore allegiance to the people of Ukraine and fulfilled the oath. The fact that the Ukrainian armed forces did not surrender to the aggressors testifies to a high patriotic spirit and national dignity,” Yatsenyuk said.
He instructed to make “additional payments for members of the Ukrainian armed forces, to immediately finance expenses, despite the fact that the treasury is empty.”
“But for the heroes of Ukraine, the country will do everything to make them feel that the state cares about them,” Yatsenyuk assured.
