“Personnel decides everything!” - said one leader. And he was right. Looking around at the space around me, I increasingly think that we have problems with personnel - especially managers.
Who is rushing to power? Young sometimes. They haven’t achieved anything, haven’t worked anywhere, but they really want to become deputies. Hmm, are they necessary? There is another dubious category. These are those who showed up somewhere, and, having left their main activities, asked (or were asked) to take a seat in the State Duma. As a rule, these include athletes and celebrities. True, the former (athletes) often have something to be proud of. But celebrities...
A recent story is indicative here - with Yulia Volkova’s campaign to the State Duma. He is rushing from United Russia to the deputies of the Ivanovo region. Yulia Volkova, who has forgotten, let me remind you, is famous for her participation in the Tatu group. Remember, right? I'm crazy, I'm crazy - I need her, I need her... After the collapse of the team, Yulia was doing... well, she was doing something.
It is incorrect, of course, to discuss appearance. But when I look at Volkova’s modern face, I immediately think: this is what a State Duma deputy should look like, yeah. Well-fed, well-groomed, pumped up with everything possible. And her appeal to voters is wonderful. Look at it at your leisure and laugh. Wonderful, as are confessions of dislike for Russia. Also lying around on the Internet.
By the way, recently Ivan Urgant, as they say, denounced Volkova’s enchanting appeal to the deputies. He shot a parody video in which Julia herself took part. And I don’t know: either she has respect for her ability to laugh at herself, or she herself didn’t realize what the catch was. But, one way or another, it turned out to be extremely sarcastic and involved harsh mockery. Again - look. Jokes in the style of “I kissed a girl, but which of us wasn’t mistaken?” They look like a mockery not so much of Yulia, but of the electoral process in principle.
Okay, okay, Volkova – she has something to kiss, something to get elected, but why do the responsible structures need this? Why turn elections into a clown show? And isn’t it time – in fact, this is the main question – to choose not by recognizable faces, but by real deeds? Or are there few worthy people in our country? Believe me, more than enough! But the roads are blocked for them - how can they get through? And we remember, yes: personnel decides everything!
