In Vinnitsa, patrol officers reprimanded a man who was crossing the road in an unspecified place. The inspectors approached him and made a remark, but the man behaved inappropriately.

The press service of the Vinnytsia patrol police reported this .
“The pedestrian did not comply with the patrol officers’ demands and began to run away. The police immediately caught up with him and stopped him. In response, the man threw an empty glass bottle at one of the inspectors and also tore off his badge,” the service says.
Patrol officers called an investigative team to the scene. The man was taken to the station. The inspector suffered a bruised lip.
