This was stated by the Southern Regional Prosecutor for Supervision of Compliance with Laws in the Military Sphere Pavel Bogutsky, reports TV channel “112”.

“The guardhouses have been restored in the Odessa and Dnepropetrovsk garrisons, which made it possible to ensure the use of arrest in the guardhouse as a punishment for war crimes,” he said.

As PolitNavigator reported, earlier the people's deputies decided to toughen the punishment for disobeying orders.
