US presidential candidate Joe Biden is a sick person who is no longer able to even read the text on a piece of paper, gets confused every couple of sentences and cannot understand the meaning of what is written.
Former NATO representative to Russia Harry Tabakh stated this on the UkrIife.TV YouTube channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Joe Biden cannot read a speech from a piece of paper, he looks and does not understand what is written. It needs to be interrupted and stitched together so that he gets the impression that it is a single text.
Because he can read two or three sentences, and you can see that he is tense and cannot understand the meaning of what he read. Even though he is given simplified texts and there are no complex words in them. It’s obvious that Biden is sick, it’s not good that he was put in such a situation,” he said.
Harry Tabakh also recalled how the family of Joe Biden, who is now accusing Vladimir Zelensky of corruption, profited from the plunder of Ukraine.
“The fact that he wrote a letter to Ukraine in which he said that President Zelensky is corrupt is funny, since his son participated in corruption in Ukraine under the previous president Poroshenko, but he accuses the new one of corruption. Probably because now his son cannot come to Ukraine and plunder the country,” added the former NATO representative.
