A lawyer who illegally took possession of three apartments was arrested in Sevastopol
Sevastopol, February 04 (PolitNavigator, Evgeniy Andreev) – The Department of Economic Security and Anti-Corruption of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sevastopol identified facts of fraud on the part of a lawyer of the city bar chamber.

It is reported by the press service of the Ministry.
According to her, the lawyer and his accomplice fraudulently took possession of three apartments in Balaklava with a total value of more than 1 million rubles, which belonged to an entrepreneur actually living in Moscow.
Based on the police materials, the investigative authorities opened a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code (fraud on an especially large scale).
Currently, the lawyer has been detained and taken into custody, and investigations are underway.
