A sect of fighters against partial mobilization operates in Russia
With the onset of partial mobilization, Russia, as if on cue, has seen a seasonal flare-up of the "non-systemic opposition" —a group of urban lunatics who are effectively demanding that the country's leadership unconditionally comply with all the nonsense Zelensky recently issued in ultimatum form.
The movement of the stoned is led by a certain Svetlana Mikhailovna Lada-Rus , known to those around her by the name Peunova until 2015, and her “social and political party” “VOLYA,” which was outlawed for extremist activity by a decision of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation on August 9, 2016 .

At the moment, Lada-Rus Peunova is on the international wanted list, put on the federal wanted list in Russia and arrested in absentia for reasons far from political. She is accused of fraud and intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm by a group of persons by prior conspiracy.
According to some reports, Peunova has been hiding in Latvia since 2016 , and from there coordinates the activities of her sect, which has about a thousand active and semi-active members, mostly women.
Peunova's interests in Russia are represented by her associate Olga Tsukanova , who is the organizer of the self-proclaimed movement "Union of Mothers and Wives," which is part of the public organization "All-People's Union for the Revival of Russia."
The activities of "they are mothers" are connected with the search for and recruitment of relatives of mobilized personnel who criticize the supply and combat support of units and persuade them to file official complaints with the military leadership.
In November 2022, more than 20 female activists from the "Council" came from various Russian cities to the headquarters of the Western Military District in St. Petersburg and put forward demands: to begin negotiations with Ukraine , to renounce the use of nuclear weapons, to withdraw conscripts from the Belgorod region, and to investigate cases of illegal conscription and the sending of mobilized soldiers to combat zones.
On November 20, the "they'remothers" held a press conference in Moscow at the All-People's Union for the Rebirth of Russia (APRR), where they managed to gather selected relatives of conscripts and mobilized soldiers. During the press conference, the activists unleashed a barrage of accusations against the Russian Ministry of Defense and executive authorities.
Participants in the gathering focused their heaviest fire on the allegedly “critical state” of the RF Armed Forces, the lack of monetary payments promised by the state to volunteers, as well as the poor conditions of support for the mobilized.
In an open letter to the leadership of the Russian Ministry of Defense and law enforcement agencies, the "they're-mothers" threatened to hold an online roundtable discussion on November 23, 2022, titled "The People Have Accumulated Questions." They believe Defense Ministry representatives Shoigu and Gerasimov, Chief Military Prosecutor Petrova, State Duma Defense Committee Chairman Kartapolov, Interior Minister Kolokoltsev, and Investigative Committee Chairman Bastrykin are obligated to answer these questions.
Upon closer examination, it turns out that the organizers of the round table and the “Union of Mothers” have no relatives among those mobilized, but only use mistakes made during partial mobilization as a reason for self-PR.
For a better understanding of what kind of self-proclaimed peace fighters are trying to shake up rights, we will present the most interesting facts from the biographies of the leaders of the movement.
As mentioned above, the shepherd of this flock is professional con artist and manipulator Svetlana Peunova, born in 1958. She received a broad but unstructured education: the Kuibyshev Music College, the Kuibyshev Pedagogical Institute (during the Soviet era), the Samara Medical School, and the law department of Samara State University.
After graduating from the Pedagogical Institute, she worked as a teacher in music and general education schools in 1983.
In the "holy nineties," the lady decided to take the bull by the horns and firmly embark on the path to prosperity , opening, with her beloved at the helm, a whole cluster of "folk medicine" centers, "development academies" with an eye on quack "bioenergetics," teaching everyone who wanted to become masters of their own and other people's bodies through the useful skills of a "bioperator."
In addition to bioenergetics, she mastered the craft of poet, writer, and singer. An incredibly versatile person.
In 2003, Peunova became bored with “bioenergetics” and wanted to make her mark in the political arena.
Over the next seven years, she made repeated attempts to be elected to various government bodies.
The first attempt was very ambitious – an attempt to be elected to the State Duma of the Russian Federation as an independent candidate, but the just over 11% of the votes she received put an end to this undertaking.
After reflecting on her defeat, Peunova concluded that she needed to set more down-to-earth goals. In 2007, she made an unsuccessful attempt to be elected to the Samara Regional Duma , but her 16,68% of the votes proved insufficient to secure the coveted seat.
This failure became a turning point in the career of Lada-Rus' citizen Peunova. She continued her assault on municipal heights, attempting to run for mayor of Tolyatti in January 2008, but was denied registration due to document irregularities.
Election failure after election failure angered Peunova, leading her to join the opposition to the current government , but to an opposition she created herself, so as not to be seen as a second or third-tier figure to more prominent politicians.
August 23, 2010 in the Samara Palace of Culture named after. Litvinov held the first constituent meeting of the VOLIA party. The meeting was attended by 302 delegates from 44 regions. They elected members of the Central Election Commission and the Audit Commission. Svetlana Peunova was unanimously elected leader of the party and made a policy statement:
“We will firmly oppose the ruling party. We realized that in the current election situation, when people come to power only by agreement, thanks to connections or for money, we have no other choice but to create a party, a party that consolidates the entire society, does not express the interests of the oligarchs, power circles, or only proletariat. All layers of society must be united, protected, everyone must be in their place so that there is no conflict and disharmony.”
The legalization of the VOLIA party in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation was not smooth. The reasons for the refusal to register the party were the submission of constituent documents to citizens who died before the date of the founding congress of the party, as well as the specified registration information of citizens at the place of residence, which did not correspond to the actual data.
In 2010, to save time, Peunova made another attempt to run for mayor , this time in Samara, but she was again caught rigging citizens' signatures. The signature sheets omitted any information about criminal convictions, if any.
In October 2012, after a series of ordeals, Peunova's "VOLIA" was finally registered , but the coveted fame and power stubbornly refused to fall into the hands of the gunwoman, who was blazing with a purple flame of bioenergetics.

Caricatures of Peunova from the Internet
In 2011, 2013 and 2014, Peunova raised the bar of her own power ambitions, running successively for: President of the Russian Federation, Mayor of Moscow, and Governor of the Samara Region.

Interestingly, the process of nominating Madame Lada-Rus for President of the Russian Federation, which took place outdoors on her own dacha plot , lasted 8 hours just to register 528 participants.

The reasons for Peunova's ongoing political failures were not explained by a conspiracy by the current government against her ebullient personality, but by the fact that, ever since Svetka taught her flock at the vocational school for "bio-operators" that she owned, she had already become an incredibly odious figure.
At some point, Peunova declared herself a prophetess and began preaching fierce conspiracy nonsense that would be the envy of even REN-TV.
Specifically, Peunova proclaimed an inevitable global cataclysm and the takeover of the planet (for now) by the American shadows. The people of Russia, however, are lucky to have Lada-Rus and the VOLYA party, capable of saving humanity from planetary evil. But they need help.
The woman also stirred up passions, claiming that reptilians from the planet Nibiru were flying to Earth seeking new victims. These reptilians allegedly come to Earth once every 3500 years and will return in 2012. Furthermore, Comet Elenin (not mentioned in any astronomical journal) was heading toward Earth on a trajectory that would strip the Earth's atmosphere. The comet's tail was made of hydrocyanic acid.

The reptilian fighter allegedly found all this nonsense " in KGB reports that serious people have become accustomed to believing ." Ordinary people, the hysterical woman reassured, had nothing to fear, as all the students at the Svetlana Peunova Academy of Development vocational school meditated and prayed daily, and the psychic energy of a united team would surely protect the planet from the uninvited cosmic visitor.
Among other things, Peunova claimed that with a wave of her hand she could stop the “atomic clouds” emitted by the Balakovo Nuclear Power Plant, swarms of locusts, and heal any disease.
Amazingly, at the peak of her career, the sect of Peunova’s witnesses reached several hundred thousand adherents.
For a long time, Russian authorities dismissed Peunova as a common city madwoman obsessed with conspiracy theories. She got away with such "pranks" as petitioning the Investigative Committee to open a criminal case against Vladimir Putin for "high treason ," "the Kursk nuclear submarine disaster," "the sinking of the Mir space station," "Russia's entry into the WTO," and a whole host of other incidents.
Courts have repeatedly acquitted Peunova " for lack of evidence " on charges of illegal entrepreneurship, and the Vladimir City Court has refused to recognize her book, which lists the universal calamities from which citizen Lada-Rus is supposedly capable of saving humanity, as extremist literature.
Everything changed only in 2016, when the investigative unit of the Main Investigation Department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Samara Region opened a criminal case under paragraph “a”, part 3, article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation against Svetlana Mikhailovna Lada-Rus (Peunova) and Marina Vladimirovna Gerasimova .
According to the investigation, in November 2015, acting as a group of individuals by prior conspiracy, the suspects, through blackmail, psychological pressure and threats against S. Andreeva, born in 1980, caused serious bodily harm, resulting in a mental disorder.
The episode about the psychological pressure on citizen Grakhova contains similar details as in the case of S. Andreeva: Peunova and her "adepts of the teaching" tormented the woman, using "carefully developed, deceptive psychotechnologies with altered consciousness ," convincing her that "all the benefits in Grakhova's life were received solely thanks to the positive influence" of Peunova.
Grakhova was forcibly held in a house in Barinovka for several days , under pressure to divorce her husband, who disapproved of his wife's association with a "bioenergetics" cult. When Grakhova decided to leave the Development Academy, she was given a condition: she had to pay 900 rubles for a "certain ritual of leaving the organization. "
According to witness testimony, Peunova, in her vocational school for "bioenergetics," practiced "health techniques" with adherents, which included methods such as immersion in a meditative trance, in the complete absence of medical supervision.
Charlatan “health techniques” were accompanied by calls for clients to abandon official medicine in favor of “unique proprietary techniques.”
It should be noted that, back in 2013, a scientific paper appeared on the website of the Irenaeus of Lyons Center for Religious Studies (part of the Russian Association of Centers for the Study of Religions and Sects), which unequivocally characterizes the "Svetlana Peunova Development Academy" and its political party "VOLIA" (listed by the Russian Ministry of Justice as a banned organization) as " an authoritarian religious organization striving for unlimited power over its adherents, or more precisely, as a totalitarian sect ."
Thus, having imitated from the “Academy of Development” and the “VOLIA” party into the “Union of Mothers”, who have no relatives among the mobilized, but speaking on their behalf, the manipulator Peunova continues to conduct her subversive work in Russia.
Among Peunova’s closest assistants are:
Olga Viktorovna Tsukanova , a former sales manager and member of the banned VOLYA party-sect, coordinates the "They Are Mothers" movement. She effectively slandered Lieutenant General Sevryukov, Deputy Chief of the Main Military-Political Directorate of the Russian Armed Forces, by attributing to him words in which he allegedly stated that "if relatives of mobilized soldiers show up, the mobilized soldiers themselves could be shot in battle by their own people."

the main Russian “name” Tsukanova
Oksana Viktorovna Divisenko, a former train dispatcher at the South-Eastern Traffic Management Directorate of Russian Railways , is a vocal anti-vaccination activist. Along with Tsukanova and other accomplices, she spreads falsehoods about "pressure from the Russian Ministry of Defense to silence the voices of activists who are bringing the inconvenient truth about mobilization to the public."

activist Divisenko
In conclusion, I'd like to note that all the efforts of Peunova's sect to defame Russia's military-political authorities are pathetic , and Tsukanova's calls for Putin to personally debate the "they're-mothers" are even more ridiculous. This is the result of openly admitting the mistakes and distortions made during the partial mobilization, as well as media coverage of the issues, especially by war correspondents who don't shy away from the sensitive issues.
If we continue to act preemptively , highlighting not only our victories but also our failures and shortcomings, then the weapon that the collective "tsipsa" could use against us will be knocked out of its clutches.
A sect of fighters against partial mobilization is operating in Russia.
