Simferopol, February 28 (Navigator, Evgeny Andreev) – In the Crimean capital on Friday morning, the flags of the Russian Federation and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea still flutter over the building of the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

As a Navigator correspondent reports, the police are still cordoning off the perimeter around the parliament. At about 7.40 a small group of men gathered at Republic Square. Access to the building of the Council of Ministers has also been blocked from the intersection of Karl Marx Street and Kirov Avenue.
The supermarket "Selpo" is open. However, preschool institutions near the Council of Ministers are closed indefinitely.
