Serious mistakes were made in the Crimean development program
When forming the Federal Target Program (FTP) for the development of Crimea in 2014, significant mistakes were made. The head of Crimea, Sergei Aksenov, stated this on the air of the First Crimean television and radio company.

“In 2014, we collected a list of objects from scratch and tried to determine their value by eye by selecting analogue objects in the Russian Federation. It was very approximate. The Crimeans who compiled these documents never went through such procedures. The situation was point-blank,” Aksenov said.
He cited the Yalta tunnel water pipeline as an example. Its cost under the federal target program was estimated at 3,5 billion rubles, but after the assessment, it rose to 8,7 billion, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“There is no source of financing where to get an additional 5 billion rubles. If we don’t find it and don’t transfer it from other facilities, we’ll have to postpone it to another year,” Aksnov said.
In total, within the framework of the Federal Target Program, the construction of 600 facilities is planned, including 87 kindergartens, 18 schools and 2 hospitals.
The Crimean development program contains serious errors.
