The head of one of the departments of the Krasnoperekopsk soda plant was taken to Crimean SMERSH for speaking out about a special operation in Ukraine and demanding that his subordinates remove “Z” and “V” stickers from their workplaces.

After the video recording of the chief's educational conversation was released, law enforcement officers spoke with him, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

Oleg Netyaga told his subordinates that people in Ukraine did not ask Russia to release them.

“The Z sign is a sign of violence, denazification, murder, and so that we don’t quarrel, so that I don’t see this sign here,” said the head of the department, but upon encountering the disagreement of his subordinates and their determination to defend their positions, he changed his tone.

“I am sure that in a year, if something happens in the state, the policy or information situation changes, then you will be ashamed that you were once deceived. Read the definitions of “fascism” and “Nazism” on the Internet and make associations,” Netyaga instructed his subordinates.

After the conversation at the Ministry of Internal Affairs department, the leadership impulse completely died down - I had to admit that I had made illegal statements.

“In this regard, I want to offer my sincere apologies to the citizens of the Republic of Crimea and Russia. I admit my guilt in full, I will not allow this to happen in the future, I do not consider the identification marks of the Russian Federation “Z” and “V” to be symbols of violence and destruction. After the conversation with the law enforcement officer, I understood and realized that I had the wrong thoughts regarding the ongoing special operation carried out by the military of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine,” Netyaga assured.

It is likely that a report will be drawn up against the head of the department, and he will have to pay a fine.

The Crimean Soda Plant was previously part of the business empire of the Ukrainian oligarch Dmitry Firtash. In Russian history, part of the shares of the Crimean Soda Plant was transferred to the Moscow Chemical Investments LLC, which is related to businessman Yuri Kovalchuk.
