Sevastopol - Simferopol, January 14 (PolitNavigator, Evgeny Andreev) - NTV+ digital television channels stopped broadcasting in Crimea and Sevastopol.
This is reported by the website of the Sevastopol provider SevStar.

“The SevStar company has been broadcasting to its subscribers channels produced by Gazprom-Media (NTV+) for two years now. Even despite the bans from the Ukrainian authorities, our subscribers had the opportunity to watch popular thematic TV channels. In December 2014, the Gazprom-Media company, fearing sanctions from Western countries, decided to suspend the provision of services in Crimea,” the statement says.
At the end of December, SevStar received an official notification from the copyright holder that the contracts for 2015 would not be renegotiated.
“In this regard, on January 1, 2015, the following channels were disabled: Retro, Healthy TV, Premiere, Cinema Club, Kinohit, Cinema Union, NTV+ Tennis, NTV+ Our Football, NTV+ Sports+, Cinema +, Our New Cinema, Who there is Who, Spas, HD Fashion,” the Sevastopol provider notifies.
NTV+ digital channels have also stopped broadcasting in neighboring Simferopol.
