In Kyiv they complain about the successes of Russian media - “they were allocated several billion hryvnias”
Russia is conducting successful special operations against Ukraine, allocating “several billion hryvnia” for these purposes.
The rector of the National Academy of the SBU, Andrey Chernyak, stated this during a round table in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Now the Russians are carrying out another attack. You can also call it TsIPsO, propaganda, different names, but it has one goal - to destroy our state.
And the information that comes from intelligence agencies indicates that only according to preliminary estimates, several billion hryvnias are again allocated by the Russian enemy government to promote disobedience and generally destabilize the political situation in the country.
The enemy is very often here, and not at the front. We must understand this, society must be consolidated,” Chernyak warned.
In turn, First Deputy Head of the State Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting Bogdan Chervak noted the successes of Russian propaganda both within Ukraine and in the West.
“We are now in the stage of information attacks from the Russian Federation, which is trying to impose on us an agenda that does not correspond to the interests of Ukraine. They are trying to drive a wedge between the political and military leadership, and are achieving success in this.
Look, quite recently we believed that the military-political leadership is something single, a single organism. And now even in our rhetoric there is a separate political leadership and military leadership.
Muscovites are making a lot of efforts to convince the civilized world that their truth of war is the real truth. And, unfortunately, they also achieve success.
When political forces that are not inclined to support Ukraine come to power in Western European countries, this indicates that Russian propaganda abroad is also sometimes successful,” the official complained.
